Grandpa's Cellar, an Apple Hill tradition, is available for sale. Bill and Pat have decided to retire after 32 years. The home is surrounded by apple orchards and forest and woodland gardens. The Scheuner children loved playing on the lawn in the orchard, climbing their favorite apple tree and playing on their own private road. Every season is special on this Camino property with the harvest season lasting only a short 3 months.

With the children pursuing their own interests Pat and Bill hope to find someone to take Grandpa's Cellar to the next level and have as much fun as they have had.

The sale included the turn-key business, bakery, commercial kitchen, country store, cellar housing the made on premises jams, jellies, syrups and apple butters, residence with in-law quarters, solar heated pool, Hot Springs Spa, triple garage and RV or tractor storage, orchard, greenhouse, historic cabin and unique private setting in beautiful Camino.

The owners will work with the new owners to asssure a smooth transition to success. Pat knows that if you can make one cake you can make 18! The difference between your home kitchen and a commercial kitchen is just bigger bowls!
